Final Itinerary

Due to overwhelming requests we are very excited to confirm that the Legendary Napa Valley will be our Wine Flight destination for the Fall of 2018.

 

Though just 30 miles long and a few miles wide, Napa Valley is home to diverse microclimates and soils uniquely suited to the cultivation of a variety of fine wine grapes. Among the internationally acclaimed wines produced in this small region are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Cabernet Franc.

Although spoilt for choice of quality wineries to select from, we are as always succinct in our approach to selecting the wineries that make the final inclusion in our MWF itineraries. We ensure they are quite varied to ensure that each visit provides at the very least a very unique experience for our guests.

The dates for Napa 2018 are Thursday November 1st through Sunday November 4th.

As always there is an option to arrive a day earlier. The idea is that we all fly into San Francisco during the day on Thursday November 1st with a dinner at Morton's included as our traditional way to kick off our weekend of wine flights.

 

We will be visiting at least 3 wineries per day Friday November 2nd and Saturday November 3rd.  The wineries selected will be of the highest quality and equal in experience for all guests. 

We plan to spend the first night at the Taj Hotel in San Francisco and then stay at Silverado Resort and Spa or the Hyatt Verasa in Napa from where we will spend full days experiencing select wineries from the surrounding area within relatively short distances.  Tylor Field and Chris Morton are working with their favorite suppliers and wine makers to come up with a list of wineries that will make this an experience of the high caliber that you have come to expect from a Morton's Wine Flight. 

We return on Sunday to San Francisco Airport as a group transfer for your flight home.
